We’re all in this together!
No oyster lover should have to live without their favorite bivalve during this period of social distancing and commercial chaos. Support our oyster farmers by buying directly from them and have farm-fresh oysters delivered to your doorstep.

In addition to supporting US oyster farms, I really wanted to show a little love for my international oyster family, too! Around the World in 80 Oysters is a new live series that showcases international oyster culture, cuisine, and appreciation. This has also been a really great coping mechanism for me as I’m unable to travel anywhere outside of NYC at the moment. I promise that you’ll learn a thing or two about oysters and oyster people from other places!
